Wanted to say thanks to the guys that work here. I stopped by because I was in the area, and a gentleman approached me at the front desk, and I told him my concerns. He took time out of his day and what he was doing, and went and adjusted my amp in my vehicle. I accidentally bumped some of the control knobs while cleaning the vehicle, and the subs were not performing as they were before. So I just wanted to give these guys a huge thank you for what they did. In my eyes, this was great customer service. Thank you.

I was having some major problems with the factory stereo head unit on my Subaru Outback and brought it into Audio Designs & Custom Graphics to see what my options were. Matthew helped me out and was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to map out my options and provided me with three different quotes based on what I wanted to spend. I ended up choosing the middle-priced quote, which included a replacement of the head unit and upgrading the stock speakers. Since the car was already going to be in the shop, I also decided to purchase a window tint for my windshield. The turnaround time was impressive. I dropped the car off in the morning, and by the end of the day, the entire job was complete. The results speak for themselves. The sound improvement over the stock system has been incredible! The tint looks flawless too. I am beyond happy with the communication, speed, and quality of work. Highly recommend Matthew and the team!

These guys custom printed some artwork and designs for me for a car and the whole process was absolutely seamless. They were very thorough through the process and made it painless. Would highly recommend these guys as they do amazing quality prints!

Would not recommend, I had them install my head unit, swc converter, wiring kit and backup camera. They charged me 750$ in labor for a lot of half assed work. To start with they ran my power wire in my RCA wires, literally zip, tied together and running down the same side. When I addressed the guy that worked at the front, he said that this was a rumor in the car, Audio world, and that the power wire does not affect RCA or any signal wires. He made sure to make it clear to me that he worked at both diamond and JBL in the past. Clearly I see why he doesn’t work at those places anymore. I moved my RCA’s to the proper side because they refused to fix it and instantly was able to turn my amp up because it wasn’t clipping so easily (product of a cleaner signal). Secondly, they failed to install my mechman alternator that I dropped off with all the rest of my equipment. Then when I said something about it he took it back there and put it on and charged me for another hour of labor ($95) for something THEY forgot to do. Thirdly, about 3 months down the road my wires got caught on my brake pedal in mid stop, I had to yank my remote wire out to stop. Once again I had to reroute the wire. Fo

I have never submitted a review and I’m 76 years old. However, I feel the need to review this business. I had a ZZ2 OEM info System installed in my Mercedes, in Cleveland, Ohio. It stop working. I first went to Walmart and they told me that my Rear camera was shorted out and needed replaced as well as maybe having the unit completely replaced. The minimum was $300 to a maximum of $900. I went to this Business and a nice young man came out to my car and simply reprogrammed the unit for free. It works perfect and I did give him a $50 tip. I can’t say enough good about this place.
